You may call or email with quote requests as always. We will try to return the request as quickly as possible. Perhaps the easiest option is to place the items you want a quote on into your shopping cart and submit them for quotation. If you are going to be working on your "wishlist" for a number of days, then it is suggested that you transfer the items in your cart into the actual Wishlist where they will stay indefinitely and can be edited as you see fit. (The items in your cart will expire after about 3 hours while the Wishlist actually stores them with your account.)
When you have completed assembling your quote request, just check out and select the Quote option on the payment page (#1 in the example above). If there are items that you need, but can not find them on the site, paste them into the Special Instructions text box (#4 in the example above). Submit the quote and we will answer as quickly as possible.
Clothing and Raine products may be exchanged for sizing reasons as long as the item is returned in unused and perfect condition. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
In order to protect all of our customers, we do not accept ropes, carabiners, and other technical gear for refund or exchange. We hope that you understand.
