Omega Pacific 1/2" Modified D Red NFPA Captive Eye Carabiner - BLEM
When your needs call for a "Technical Use" NFPA rating, the Omega line of 1/2" aluminum carabiners is ready for action.
In typical Omega tradition, every single one of their carabiners is individually tested to half its rated strength before leaving our production line (look for the tell-tale indentations in the corners for proof). You'll also find familiar features like flat-spin rivets and true interior radii on each 'biner, as well. Each of Omega's industrial aluminum carabiners is UL Classified to meet or exceed current NFPA 1983 standards.
One of Omega Pacific's most popular carabiners, the Modified D is built from aircraft quality aluminum alloy.

- Meets current NFPA 1983 edition construction requirements
- Exceeds current NFPA 1983 edition strength requirements
Cosmetic Blem - May have a scuff in the anodizing. The red arrow points at the blemish I found on the sample photographed. There may be a different blemish on the carabiners you buy, but the example is pretty typical. Full strength, fully tested.
