POLICIES PAYMENT METHODS You may pay for your purchase with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We now also accept PayPal payments and have always offered our customers the option to pay by Check or Money Order. All of these payment options will be offered on the final checkout screen and all are handled on our secure server. COD payments are not accepted. PURCHASE ORDERS We accept purchase orders on letterhead from Fire Departments, EMS, USAR, Police/Tactical/Military, High Angle Rescue, Local, State or Federal entities. Please FAX the PO to us at (815)667-9970. Make sure that your purchase order has a contact person listed, along with a valid e-mail address for acknowledgment of the PO. RETURNS Clothing and Raine products may be exchanged for sizing reasons as long as the item is returned in unused and perfect condition. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. In order to protect all of our customers, we do not accept ropes, carabiners, and other technical gear for refund or exchange. We hope that you understand. Before returning any item to us, please call 1(888)667-7170 for a return authorization. PRIVACY We will NOT sell, rent or give your email or mailing addresses or telephone number to anyone. Any information we receive from you or about you is held in confidence and used ONLY for internal order processing at our facility. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be charged actual shipping costs, which we will submit for your approval. We ship orders via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
