Provides maximum security for rescuer. Its 2.625" gate opening attaches directly to ladders, railings, rigid anchors, and box structures on aerial ladders. Its rounded top is easy to rig for rappels with other devices (or without using carabiner-wrap technique). Square-shouldered locking threads prevent wear on ropes and slings and facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Gate requires over 4 full turns to disengage.
